Question with 9 notes
powderedhand asked: when do you think 'robin in the city' will actually become a thing?
I’m not sure!!! Not for another year at the very least…..
Right now I’m trying to work out the story/designs/characters, and once I get that done I want to organize it into like… a list of possible episodes, then storyboard the first one. Then I want to animate a fe sample scenes with color and background.
Then maybe I can research economic realities/what to pay people/think about what kind of people I need and do a kick starter so I can make it an animation?????? I want to fund one episode and make it. If we can do that, I’ll do another kickstarter for more episodes (Ideally I think I’d aim for 10 minutes episodes once a month, at first).
If not I’ll just make it a comic but right now I’m proceeding as if it is going to be an animation.
I was thinking about taking a hiatus from Late Blooming so that I could spend more time on it since it’s all I want to work on lately, but I’m worried I haven’t taken more than a few weeks off from drawing comics in like 5 years so I don’t know what my life would become without it. And also that if I stop I wont start again.
